Volunteer Programs

Discover the West by Volunteering

Join the docent program for an exciting experience of the West and become an integral part of the Museum. Continuous training is provided throughout the year by Museum curators, artists, and historians. Active docents volunteer 50 hours to the Museum. Docents have the opportunity to attend regular meetings with interesting speakers and are encouraged to attend training sessions. Benefits include continuous learning activities, training materials, access to the Research Center, discounts to the Museum Store and to Museum events, docent trips, and other special privileges. As a docent you have the opportunity to increase and share your knowledge of art and history with visitors from around the world.
