Each person placing a bid must purchase a ballot book ($60.00 for Museum members,
$75.00 for nonmembers). The ballot book has a ballot for each piece of artwork
in the sale. Only persons who purchase a ballot book can bid on the art.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL BIDS ARE CONFIRMED IF DRAWN UNLESS CLEAR AND COMPLETE
INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN RANKING ITEMS IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE.
Fax your proxy sheet to Margaret Creighton, 405-478-4714. A ballot book will be
charged to you in order to place a bid on or before Friday, November 18th.
